Please be aware that during the preliminary evaluation phase of an assignment, we must meticulousy organize and assess all information provided to us. This is the foundation for developing a strategic investigative/recovery plan specific to each case. Hence, in addition to submitting an assignment form, we will require a client to provide all available case documentation to our investigations department via fax. Below is a short list of information we commonly request within an account file.

(3) Loan Details, Collateral Documentation - Description.

(4) Any Copies of Drivers License / Identification Cards on File.

(5) Collection / Case Notes - We like to know what's been done with a case prior to working it.

A good rule of thumb is to provide us with all available data. We will determine what is useful to our investigation, hence we will separate fact from fiction, or what is hot from what is not.

We require that while a client has an assignment open with us, that no contact is initiated with the debtor unless authorized by us. As well, we will not work an assignment that is open with another agency upon its submission to delicate investigation.

Payment:

Upon recovery an invoice will be provided to a client with all supporting documentation, such as a notice of recovery, condition report etc. We are payable upon recovery and receipt of invoice. We do not provide terms i.e. net 30. Again we emphasize payment upon receipt of invoice. Collateral will be held until receipt / clearance of payment. To expedite release of collateral we recommend Fed Ex or DHL delivery of certified funds.

Storage:

Unless otherwise advised, we typically provide a minimum of 10 days free storage to financial institutions. Storage fees will differ based on locale and other such factors as classification and size of collateral. Contact us for more specifics.

We do provide worldwide transport as well as collateral liquidation via major auction facilities. Contact us for more specifics.
